Refund policy

At Rare Links, each piece of jewelry is crafted and packed with love and care. We aim to make your shopping experience smooth and satisfying.
However, since we deal in delicate fashion jewelry, we have a limited return and refund policy as outlined below.

💍 Returns / Replacements

We accept returns or replacements only if the product is damaged or incorrect at the time of delivery.

To be eligible:

You must send us a package opening video clearly showing the issue.
You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email or Instagram DM.
The jewelry must be unused and in original packaging.

If your request is approved, a replacement piece will be sent to you.
In case the product is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 3-5 working days.

🚫 No Returns for

Change of mind, personal dislike, or size/style mismatch
Minor color differences (due to lighting or screen display)
Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery

💸 Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.
To cancel, email us immediately at rare.links14@gmail.com with your order ID.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
